Due to the acquisition of Enlace Spanish Yellow Pages in the U.S. by Seccion Amarilla, we have now more than tripled our growth. Due to this tremendous growth, we are currently expanding our management team and we are looking for Sales Managers who thrives in a fast-paced inside sales environment. Seccion Amarilla is the largest Hispanic directory publisher. We have more than one hundred years of directory publishing experience. We have directories in Argentina, Peru, Mexico and the United States with a production of 169 directories and distribution of 23 million books per year. As a valuable community resource, our mission is to build bridges between the local Hispanic Communities and the people and businesses wanting to reach them. Seccion Amarilla is seeking highly organized, self- motivated and results oriented top performing Sales Manager to join our team. As a Seccion Amarilla Sales Manager you will be responsible for guiding their sales team towards meeting established goals and objectives. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing business, increasing sales of media advertising within a defined territory.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide supervision and training to the sales staff. • Facilitate weekly sales meetings. • Develop field sales action plan and implement sales programs. • Ride with Account Executives and assist closing deals, if necessary. • Achieve individual and local office sales quotas, by developing new business and gaining new market share while maintaining and enhancing current customer relationships. • Conduct One-on-One meetings to provide coaching and sales funnel assistance for sales team members. • Follow up with all customer needs with "House Accounts". • Ensure book sales are exceeded by schedule date within the local market. • Become knowledgeable about local, regional and national facts, statistics and cultural information about the Hispanic/Latino market. • Ensure the highest quality and compliance of all operational duties within the local office. • Involvement in all business required training events such as internet sales seminars and sales enhancement courses.
