Executive level position which holds a strategic role in our client's off-highway, agricultural and construction drivelines. Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating sales activities for North America and providing strong leadership to the sales force. Ability to identify growth opportunities, build alliances, manage price and margin profitability. Expert in building internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of the driveline markets in North America (i.e., agricultural, construction equipment, and mining equipment)
- Leadership of Sales function
- New business development
- Price and Margin management
- Development and implementation of strategic planning processes
- Global market expertise
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead a team of technical sales engineers in a manufacturing environment
Location: Northern Illinois Region
Salary: $100K plus bonus plan
Type of Placement: Direct Hire
Degree: BS in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Business
Experience Minimum: 3 years Software Development
Requirements
- Sales/Applications background in the off-highway equipment industry
- Management level experience required
- Must be flexible to travel 50%
