Christian Foundation for Children and Aging (CFCA) is a dynamic, international sponsorship organization serving children, youth and the aging in 24 developing countries. The Sponsor Services Phone Liaison is a call-center representative. This position represents CFCA by phone (inbound and outbound) and in writing, addressing concerns and interests of CFCA sponsors and donors, ensuring that sponsors have a positive experience when communicating with CFCA. This position serves sponsors and/or donors in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
Incumbent must have 3+ years of call-center customer service experience and excellent customer service skills with proven results. Incumbent must possess the ability to listen to clients and resolve concerns while maintaining composure and professionalism; excellent organizational skills; and excellent writing skills. The position requires the ability to multi-task (talk on phone and type on computer at the same time), to work on a team and be a team player while working independently, to understand and follow through on instructions, type 45 to 50 wpm, use e-mail and instant messenger, and have strong computer skills in a Windows environment.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; 3+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred qualifications: Bachelors, Associate or equivalent educational certification preferred.
