Position:

We seek an entrepreneurial, goal oriented self motivated individual with strong communication and people skills to develop as a successful and highly compensated attorney recruiter and staffing consultant.

We provide comprehensive training in  our recruiting specialty which accelerate success and includes training on the use of our proprietary recruiting software and in the various aspects of our business such as: candidate sourcing, recruiting, evaluation, counseling, marketing, business generation, client counseling, and candidate placement.

Compensation

Compensation includes a generous commission and productivity bonuses that makes an annual six-figure income a realistic expectation.

Requirements:

• 3 – 4 years experience  recruiting of attorneys, engineering or life science professionals. We will consider busness to business "inside"sales experience.
• P.C. proficiency in Windows environment and Internet research is required.
• Employment stability is a key consideration.
• Strong preference for persons living in the western suburbs of Chicago.
