Retail Manager

Description The Rainforest Cafe located on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, TX  is seeking an energetic and experienced Retail Store Manager to join their management team!!

Retail Manager Duties: The Retail Manager is responsible for contributing to the success of Rainforest Cafe through leadership, direction and motivation of retail village management /staffs focus on salesmanship and guest service. The Retail Manager is responsible for overall operations of the Rainforest Cafe Retail Village including staff schedules and meeting labor goals, inventories and controlling shrinkage, maintaining exceptional product knowledge as well as merchandising and visuals and effectively training staff to uphold these expectations.

Requirements The Retail Manager candidate must have at least 2+ years experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment with volume of $1-2 million+. Specialty retail background with experience in merchandising softlines and hardlines. Must have the ability to direct multiple employees to drive sales. Must display a positive and team player attitude, possess excellent communication skills, be analytical and detail oriented.
