• High School diploma or equilivant 
• Excellent Attendance & professinal attire
• Positive attitude, friendly and up beat
• Professional in dealing with the public as well as team members
• Good time management and organizational skills 
• Good communication skills
• Ability to Lead, Coach and Develop others
• Ability to manage food costs and labor within targets
• Ability to grow sales and maintain profits
• Ability to meet deadlines  
• Recent restaurant management experience
• Some Fast Food / Casual Dining Assistant Manager experience preferred
• Successfully pass a background investigation and drug test
• Must be at least 18 years old
