Job Description 

Director of Facilities Management
Full-Time - Oversee maintenance of all facets of physical plant and grounds operations in accordance with health and safety requirements of federal, state and local funding. Experience with HUD/IHDA/OSHA/IDPH a plus. Facilities located throughout the metropolitan Chicago area. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Job Requirements 

 

Three to five years of management or supervisory experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and be detail oriented. Valid IL driver's license with access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
