Job Description 

United Auto Recovery

 

 Summary:

 

This position will effectively investigate accounts provided by the client while seeking to resolve said accounts through payment or by recovery of the collateral.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Verify information provided by the client
  • Investigate all leads by checking addresses and attempting face to face contact
  • Make contact with debtor or references to demand collateral
  • Recover collateral
  • Minimize risk through proper operation of equipment
  • Minimize liability by obeying all pertinent laws and company policies
  • Provide timely updates to clients according to policies and guidelines
  • Provide timely and accurate condition reports for repossessed collateral

  • Ability to work long and odd hours

  • Possess strong conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Valid drivers license
  • Clean driving record
  • Successfully pass drug screen and background investigation


Education/Training/Experience:

  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous repossession experience preferred
  • Previous tow truck experience or heavy equipment experience preferred
  • Basic mechanical ability
  • Industry certification a plus
