Description
Excellent Sales Management opportunity with an established (Over 50 years in business!) industry leader, calling on property management firms, universities, and military institutions among others. Most of your time (about 65%) in this position will be spent with existing clients and the Sales Representatives working for you, in an acccount management role, maintaining relationships, upselling as appropriate, contract renewals etc, but you will also have the opportunity to develop new business. You will have 5 field sales representatives reporting directly to you and you will spend much of your time in the field with your reps.
Solid compensation package to include the following:
- $90,000 - $100,000 Base Salary
- $20,000 - $30,000 Commission Plan
- Additional $15,000 to $20,000 annual bonus program
- Company Vehicle
