Description Job Summary:

Provide day-to-day leadership and management of brand marketing activities for the Last Call retail division of the Neiman Marcus Group. Lead efforts to leverage the web to drive traffic and growth for the division.


Job Duties:
  • Lead efforts to manage a specific brand from a customer experience standpoint both in stores and online, ensuring that all creative and promotions represent a single-point of view for the brand
  • Ensure that in the in store and online experience are appropriately aligned with the brand
  • Strategize and implement traffic and demand driving promotions leveraging online aggressively
  • Develop customer programs as appropriate to enhance customer engagement
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities including planning and implementation of signage, direct mail, site marketing, web marketing, and promotions leveraging shared NMG marketing services effectively
Requirements Job Requirements:
  • Experience with a top-tier brand in a marketing, strategy, research, or consulting capacity
  • Retail marketing experience including promotions, POS, credit marketing
  • Web marketing experience including email and site promotion 
  • Excellent working knowledge of paid search, content, and affiliate marketing processes 
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing management and coordination
  • Solid familiarity with e-commerce systems and operations  
  • Expertise in store marketing operations
  • Familiarity with print and digital production processes 
  • Experience in marketing research
  • Exceptional planning and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of activities
  • Ability to develop and manage staff in a highly dynamic environment 
  • MBA preferred
