Description
1. Focus on customer relationship management with new and existing accounts.
2. Develop project quotations and bid responses that are accurate and timely.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of the marketing plan for the company annually.
4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals.
5. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
6. Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
7. Advise dealers, distributors, and manufacturer's representatives concerning sales techniques and product training.
8. Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales
9. Meet with key accounts, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
10. Assist other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
11. Prepare pipeline sales reports showing pending sales activity and potential sales.
12. Provide input on product research and development.
13. Be a primary contact for all customer service issues.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn fast.
4. Strong problem solving skills.
5. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
6. Travel up to 20% nationally for in market visits and trade shows.
