We are seeking a results-oriented IT professional to be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, building and implementing data warehouse and business intelligence (BI) reporting.  Responsibilities will consist of creating complex data marts and analytical cubes and delivering BI solutions with SharePoint and PerformancePoint. Participation on company task forces and/or project teams will require strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to ensure projects and processes are successfully implemented and communicated in a timely manner.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Developing Data Warehouse architecture and/or Data Marts to accommodate business change and growth.
• Gather business requirements; prepare design and specifications, programming, testing, and implementation of new processes.
• Design and develop all Data Warehouse and BI components including physical data models, ETL packages, data interfaces, cube designs and end user reports and dashboards.
• Create and optimize databases and queries to maximize performance.
• Serves as the designated SQL administrator for the company.  Designs, develops, deploys and maintains SQL databases and/or business intelligence services.  Designs and supports associated SQL services for business intelligence reporting.  Defines and maintains security standards that adhere to industry best practices.
• Responsible for system quality assurance, reliability and consistency with installations and deployments.  

We seek an intuitive professional with a solid understanding of business logic and the ability to communicate technology in a way that is received by all levels of understanding.  Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or finance, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years experience in SQL database design, .Net, ASP and MS Visual Studio.
• 3+ years of SharePoint experience creating dashboards and business intelligence and/or PerformancePoint experience in creating data reports and cubes as well as ETL design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Must be hands on.
• Excellent planning, time management, organization and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with diverse personalities.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong personal standards of excellence, ethics and integrity.
