This trainee position starts at $21K with potential for $5K - $20K in bonuses!

 

For consideration, we require at least 3-5 years documented prior success in a sales or recruiting capacity.  Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

 

Position Description

  • Source, recruit, and coordinate the placement of top healthcare talent needed to support our current and future clients.
  • Leverage relationships with existing clients to maximize recruiting revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Research Department to identify sources of new candidates
  • Develop and grow existing candidate base through effective rapport-building and relationship management skills.
  • Utilize various resources including the Internet, Intranet, references, social networks and referrals to source candidates.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of proven sales or recruiting experience is required
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer
  • Advanced Internet knowledge and skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A great sense of humor (REQUIRED).

  • Ability to read people and situations (must come natural).
