Sales Rep

Description Fresh cut flower importer/grower seeks sales reps to handle nation-wide accounts. This is a fast-paced telephone sales position calling on wholesale florists and/or mass markets to promote and sell over 50 varieties of flowers grown in our farms in South America.
Our company, Continental Flowers is a leading importer in Miami for over 30 years with a market area that includes the entire U.S. and Canada.
This position includes sales, marketing and promotion as well as account managing/maximization and prospecting. You will use telephones, faxing, emailing and instant messaging to sell our products and programs. Extensive use of computers is required to input sales and in all other aspects of the position.
You will need to prospect continuously to expand our customer base and maximize your potential and grow in the company. This position is for a people-friendly person who can handle many phone calls, establish a good rapport with existing and new customers and provide excellent customer service. We will provide product and computer systems training to the ideal candidate that is energetic and self- motivated.

Requirements People friendly, self motivated and energetic professional with multitasking abilities.
Computer skills a must (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ecellent vocabulary and written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge in Great Plains software a plus.
Sales background and ability to work individually and in a team.
Mon- Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 PM plus rotating(everyother) Saturday mornings.
