Company located on Main is in need of a PT Client Services/CSR

A company located on Main Street downtown is looking for a Part Time Client

Services/Customer Service Representative. This is a Temp to Hire Part time position. The hours are M-F, 4 hours/day. Duties include: Tracking detailed information from customers to troubleshoot problems; Assist internal and external clients with needs, requests and problems; Investigage & resolve issues as presented by employees/clients; Maintain thorough electronic docs of employee/client contacts; Timely record keeping; etc.

Must have 2+ years Customer Service in a Call Center office. Some college preferred. Excellent C/S and communication skills as far as a candidate that is able to handle stress and stay calm and professional. Proficient experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
