Job Description 

The Facilities Manager coordinates and directs the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.  Work location may vary between different facilities.

 

 


Job Requirements 

 
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Five years facility management and supervisory experience. 



Knowledge/experience desired:

  

Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Ability to read architectural blueprints and electrical schematics.
Knowledge of the following equipment:  tractor, welder, drill press, miter saw, etc.
