Description
A professional position providing Case Management to ABI program participants
Assesses, develops/plans implements, coordinates, monitors and evaluates a program participants program meets his/her needs, optimizing his/her independende and community integration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred in Human Services field
Minimum of three years working with special populations
Valid IL drivers license
Three years driving experience
Acceptable driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Ability to complete all in house trainings
