A telecommunications company, which is one of the largest cellular operators, is now hiring a Customer Support Representative. Their company is well known for keeping up with the progressing telecommunications industry and always receiving great consumer satisfaction. - Customer support regarding services such as application and inquiries, and data process
- Handle trouble shooting with outside vendors utilizing project management skill
- Handle customer billing issues such as payment process and late payment collection
- Conduct outbound telemarketing
- Other tasks under supervisor direction
Requirements
- Accurate, prompt, and detailed customer support and telemarketing
- Provide proper support in Japanese and English
- Accurate execution of procedure
- Develop necessary capabilities with PC, Office, and other applications
