Must have exceptional people skills and be able to supervise and coach a team to meet performance standards. Distribution center experience is a + to understand the demands of a fast pace work environment involving Receiving, Stocking, Inbound, Outbound, Replenishment, Returns/Recalls, Cross Dock, Transportation, etc. Must be organized, have good computer skills, and enjoy working in a team environment. Must be flexible as to shift schedule.

• Our Distribution Centers are open days, evenings, weekends and most holidays.
• You will typically be off 3 days each week, but due to overtime requirements in some DCs you may be required to work an additional day.
• Our Distribution Centers are fasted paced, and require you to be on your feet walking, stooping, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, loading, etc. for most of the day.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and for safety reasons everyone wears a back belt to assist back and torso muscles while lifting.
• It is important that you have excellent attendance record, be dependable and be able to work overtime, as required.
• We also have a required dress code of a red shirt and black pants.
