Overall Responsibilities:
PCG’s Marketing Department is currently seeking a Desktop Publishing Coordinator who wants to be part of a small team working in a deadline-oriented environment. The Marketing Department supports internal customers in all 28 offices across the country and in Montreal, Canada. This team member’s primary responsibilities include: Layout, design, and production of proposals, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral; production of large, multi-file projects; coordination and prioritization of incoming projects; and various administrative duties.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Design and production of proposal documents.
- Coordination with the Marketing team members to design and produce collateral materials.
- Coordination and production of various graphics, reports and presentations.
- Prioritization of incoming projects.
- Document formatting, layout.
- Takes preemptive action to prevent errors and waste.
- Maintain and order supplies.
- Maintain job log.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Able to prioritize projects and tasks.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player and capable of working with all levels of management throughout the company.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- High School degree or equivalent.
