Farmers Insurance is now recruiting for a limited number of positions within the Orange County area.

Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, is based in Los Angeles, and operates in 41 states across the country through the efforts of approximately 36,000 agents and employees. The Farmers service network provides superior insurance and financial solutions to more than 20 million customers.

INCOME

Farmers Insurance offers one of the most competitive income packages in the industry. In addition, agents may also qualify for extensive financial assistance of up to $40,000 which can be utilized at the agent's discretion to help develop and grow their business.

Typical agents will earn:

Year 1 $40,000 - $60,000
Year 2 $60,000 - $80,000
Year 3 $80,000 - $100,000

Requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • A proactive self-starter.
  • A willingness to pursue professional industry licensing and continuing education.
  • Networking, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and articulate product benefits to prospects and customers.
  • Good time management, priority setting and meeting deadline skills.
  • Experience in a sales environment a plus.
  • Established community involvement a plus.
  • Good knowledge of standard computer office systems (Microsoft Office Suite).
