Description
Excellent opportunity to join our growing company. You would supervise a team of 15-20 outbound phone representatives who specialize in sales of Internet, phone and TV products to existing customers. Includes: training; motivation and coaching; quality assurance; goal setting; monitor and evaluate team performance.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferable in an outbound center.
- Some post-high school education.
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to work evening schedule.
