Essential Resources, a recruiting firm based in Suwanee, GA in Gwinnett County is looking for a full-time Healthcare Recruiter to source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for physician practices, hospitals and other healthcare-related companies from the initial point of contact through the hiring process. You will recruit MAs, LPNs, RNs, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants as well as all administrative personnel. You will actively source candidates using multiple venues such as the internet, job fairs, networking and cold calling. The Recruiter will also screen prospects, perform candidate interviews, and obtain references.

You must be highly motivated and have 2-5 years direct medical recruiting experience and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good computer knowledge, internet sourcing experience, excellent organizational skills and the ability to establish and develop relationships are essential.

This is a casual, fun atmosphere, and you will be rewarded with a competitive base salary with no cap on commissions.
