Encore's managed facilities specialize in providing short-term, post-acute medical care and rehabilitation. We provide high quality medical care through our registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Our facilities employ physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapists who work very closely with our nursing staff to help patients recover quickly and return to their normal lives. Many of our facilities offer outpatient therapy so that patients can continue their therapy with us after they have returned home. *Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapy or PTA program
*Must have valid PT or PTA license in PA or eligibility. *Previous sub-acute or long-term care preferred but not required. EOE m/f/d/v
