Requirements The Catering Sales Representative will be responsible for sales and administrative functions in the Catering department. Administration of full group operations from reservation, through contract to group reception and event catering.  Make Contracts and BEOs as needed for Catering Manager.  Create group and convention blocks in Delphi.  Trace and Follow up on contract signatures, cut off dates, group and convention deposits, rooming lists and direct bills.  Make changes to inventory as needed to group and convention blocks.  Carefully watch convention block inventory to convention block pick up reports (depending on received).  Be group and convention contact once the contract is signed for any inventory changes, questions or concerns.  Make sure the Group contract binders are in order and all master contracts are signed completely.  Process Sales Weekly Report and attach all definite booking agreements and BEOs.  Update Charts for the Sales Department monthly. Double check to make sure Reservations has completed the Group Billing process in a timely manner.  Attend Revenue meetings with any important group inventory information.
