         Autoflex Leasing is looking for a Leasing Specialist in our Arlington, Tx location

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of two years sales experience.  Strong closing skills and used car leasing experience is a plus.

• Sales or finance management and  telemarketing sales in your background is also a plus

• Candidate must possess a high level of energy, integrity, and have the ability to work and communicate effectively with a professional clientele base
• Our sales people are given the opportunity to work independently through the entire vehicle transaction from greeting to contract execution.

Opportunities:
We offer a generous commission structure and you are also paid on rate profit and aftermarket sales that you generate.  Pay periods are weekly and we have regular monthly bonuses based on unit volume, and top production.  There is a positive sales environment as our management all started in sales and were promoted because of sales excellence.  If you are a strong closer and can desk your own deals, you can make more money at Autoflex, have better hours and enjoy yourself more than anywhere else in the retail automobile business.  Our Leasing Specialist’s average longevity is 5 years +.

Hours and Benefits:
Monday through Friday 9 AM to 7 PM rotating off at 6 PM every other night. Saturday’s hours are 9 AM to 3 PM and you’re off every other weekend.  When you run in excess of $25,000 in gross profit in any month, your Saturdays are your own!
