Description POSITION OPEN AS OF NOVEMBER 19.

Major corporation has a 1+ year contract for a experienced Telecommunications Field Technician.

Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of CPE equipment. May also be responsible for the design, administration and deployment of call center call flows and technologies, writing, changing, and programming.

This position will require working independently and with other technicians maintaining three Nortel CS1000E PBX’s and approximately 27,000 IP telephones in a high profile hotel casino environment. Along with the Nortel equipment there are several application servers that will also need to be maintained.
This position will require being in an on call rotation supporting the area. After hours work and/or Non Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5.p.m. work schedules may be required to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Nortel CS 1000E: Installation and Maintenance of the Nortel CS1000E product line, must be capable of programming, and maintenance of Nortel Unistem and Teledex SIP phones.
• Voice Mail: Installation and Maintenance of the Nortel Call Pilot, and HMS 400.
• Symposium/ CCT: Administration and maintenance of the Nortel Symposium, and CCT platforms.
• Other equipment on site that will need to be maintained:
o Red sky 911 servers
o SDC Consoles and Servers
o TFTP Servers
o CCMA Server
