Distribution Store Manager Needed

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for day-to-day operations
Deliver financial results
Develop and initiate a strategy to increase market share;
Support the Sales Team in growing market share
Improve customer relationships with both an emphasis in and focus on excellent customer service
Coach and train employees to achieve maximum productivity
Motivate workforce by exercising professionalism driven by the highest ethical standards
Provide a work environment for employees dedicated to their safety and healthy work conditions.

Requirements

Business degree
Relevant business experience (drilling, oil and gas production, electrical and/or pipeline)
Product knowledge
Communication skills;
Marketing and Negotiating skills
Computer skills
Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures
