Community Managers and Business Managers -
- Minimum 1 year prior Multi-family property management experience required
- Willing to LEASE, LEASE, LEASE!
- Ability to maintain positive resident relations
- Responsible for achieving the financial and overall operation goals established for the community
- Compliance with all state, federal and local laws relating to Fair Housing
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking, communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Strong apartment home leasing technique and closing abilitiy is essential
- Minimum 1 year prior experience/literacy with computerized commerical property managenent software required - Yardi, AMSI (E-Site), MRI, Rent Roll, Domin-8, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Assistant Managers -
- Minimum 6 months prior Multi-family property management experience or 6 months successful experience in a high-volume direct sales role
- Responsible for achieving the financial and overall operation goals established for the community, including per week/month leasing goals
- Compliance with all state, federal and local laws relating to Fair Housing
- Strong apartment home leasing technique (including advertising, cold calling, touring) and strong closing abilitiy is required
- Minimum 6 months prior experience with computerized commericial property management softwis required - Yardi, AMSI (E-Site), MRI, Rent Roll, Domin-8, etc. or equivalent in general computer program knowledge; must be able to demonstrate literacy with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel etc. and internet searching/advertising
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Maintenance Directors -
- Minimum 1 year prior Multi-family property management experience required
- Ability to maintain positive resident relations and have extensive attention to detail and follow-up
- Responsible for achieving the financial and overall operation goals established for the community, including completing, directing, and documenting maintenance turns and work orders, work schedule and supply orders, as well as organizing and maintaining shop areas
- Compliance with all state, federal and local laws relating to Fair Housing
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking, communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Minimum 1 year prior experience and expertise in general building/home repair/maintenance including; plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance installation/repair, and pools and spa care
- Must have general maintenance troubleshooting/problem solving knowledge
- To be considered all candidates must have their own general tools
- Written skills test required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Maintenance Technicians -
- Ability to maintain positive resident relations and have extensive attention to detail and follow-up
- Responsible for achieving the financial and overall operation goals established for the community, including completing and documenting maintenance turns and work orders, as well as maintaining shop and reporting punch lists for required supplies
- Compliance with all state, federal and local laws relating to Fair Housing
- Day to day duties of this position include "turning" units to rent ready condition within 3-5 days, groundskeeping, interior painting, pool maintenance, general maintenance troubleshooting/problem solving, receiving and completing resident work orders, and general repair work (drywall, painting, appliances, sinks/garbage disposals, toilets, doors, heating controls/water heaters, light plumbing or electrical/switches and light fixtures, or any other item as needed).
