Inside Sales Rep - Telemarketer Part Time(evening)

A private Hearing Healthcare practice is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to prospect for new patients needing hearing aids, and call existing patients and schedule appointments for upkeep and maintenance on their hearing appliances. Must be a self-starter, team player!

This is a PART TIME evening position - hours could be from 3-9 (3-4hr shifts), total of 20-25 hours a week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Candidates will be calling on patients to set up appointments for this private Hearing Healthcare practice.
• Develop a list of patients, formers patients, and prospects to contact.
• Make between ___ and ___ calls/day.( will be determined by the practice)
• Schedule a minimum of ___ qualified appointments/week.(will be determined)
• Maintain call logs and reports detailing calls and appointments made.


Position Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Business school or associates degree or equivalent is a plus.
• 2 – 3 years telemarketing experience.
• Must have basic understating of excel and internet savvy.
• Must be able to work well independently.

The ideal candidate will have also possess:
• Great listening and closing skills.
• Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.

Part time but could lead into full time later! 

A good base salary & commission is offered!
