Job Description 

Therapists needed for Home Health

 

Home Health Therapists provide direct patient care in the home health setting. Full Time/ Part Time/ PRN/ Contract positions available. Various duties may include:

  • Supervision of assistant therapists 
  • Evals, treatments, Re-Evals, DC's
  • OASIS (Not required)
  • Coordination of care with agency, Guardian office, Physician, and Clinical team.

Job Requirements 

Graduate of an accredited therapist program.

Experience preferred but new graduates are acceptable.

Candidate must have current Texas licensure. OASIS knowledge is helpful but not required. Bilingual a plus.
