Description

Profice leadership direction to Warehoue associates: assing work, train new hires, fill in for absent workers, and provide recommendations on performance reviews and disciplinary matters
Stock product
Accurate pulling/packing of the more complex to advanced orders for both shipping
Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for all associates
May sweep, dust or mop the warehouse area
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Lead special assignments or projects during peak periods

Requirements

Previous line lead experience preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years warehousing experience
Standing Position 12-14 hours
Strong communication skills
Ability to train and motivate team members
Computer literate
Able to operate warehousing equipment
Strong Attendance Background
Clear Background
