Description
An established grain and agronomy location is seeking a talented manager. If you have served in a managerial position for five or more years in the area of grain operations, agronomy operations, and have an understanding of grain marketing, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training, as well as delegating tasks and planning for location wide productivity. This candidate must be a strong communicator, working well with customers and employees. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates must have sound analytical ability, computer skills, previous exposure to accounting software, and proficient in negotiations. Must hold a valid driver's license. Mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance experience is important.
