AAA Chicago, a leader in the insurance and travel industries, has an immediate opening for a Member Representative in our Naperville IL branch.

Member Representatives with AAA enjoy the opportunity to act as AAA’s representative in promoting membership, insurance and travel sales, assisting customers with maps, tourbooks or reservations, processing payments, and cross selling additional products/services.

Requirements

We are seeking sales and service driven individuals who possess high level customer service standards, outstanding communications skills and strong sales ability. Candidates will be required to have insurance customer service and/or basic leisure travel sales experience. Personal lines insurance sales or advanced leisure travel sales experience preferred. Bilingual a plus!
