Based in Texas, my client operates both freestanding and "hospital-in-hospital" long term care hospitals designed to treat medically complex patients who require acute care hospital services for an extended period of time, generally more than 25 days. Currently, the company's network includes 20 locations in nine states.

This opportunity represents an aggressive new treatment model for my client. They are moving their operation from within one of the most respected hospitals in Milwaukee to a new, state of the art campus (all digital) hospital located near Milwaukee, WI...in a location that will surprise you!

The Clinical Intake Coordinator serves as the point of contact for clinical assessment process. Assesses by phones needs of patient, collecting data and assigning clinical liaison for field contact, coordinates all aspects of referral/admission processes and compiles referral/admission statistical data. The Clinical Intake Coordinator is actively involved in department activities, transdisciplinary team activities, and corporate activities to ensure individualized, patient-centered health care for all patient populations admitted to the hospital.

The selected candidate will posses the following:
Skills and experience in clinical assessments required. 
Previous experience in intake, business development or managed care.
Experience in an ICU/CCU or acute-care setting preferred.
