Description

 

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all functions related to worldwide education stategy and professional continuing medical education to achieve the company objective of sales, growth, profits, and visibility. 
 

 * Direct and oversee the company' education and training function to identify and develop new customers for products and services

* Responsible for competitive analysis, strategies and tactics and management of a large education/training budget.
* Responsible for creating courses and training programs for our clients including surgeons,
clinicians, nurses and medical technicians and company employees .
* Represent the company at various trade shows/national and international/or business meetings to promote the company.

* Maintain liaison with various departments, R & D, Sales and Marketing to prepare appropriate educational materials for new products/existing products. 

*Strong leadership and management skills leading a team of 10+ direct reports.
*Responsible for developing CME programs with a strong knowlege of ACCME accreditation..
* Demonstrated knowledge of customer care through professionalism and quality service.

* Self-motivated, adapts well to a quickly changing environment

* Professional with great attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace environment.

 

Requirements

 

*Bachelor’s Degree Required

* 10 years experience in planning and implementation of continuing medical education (CME) programs including certification, curriculum development

* Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.

* Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

* Proven track record of adhering to company policy and exceeding performance standards.

*Proven ability to work well with autonomy and lead a team

* Ability to professionally manage confidential information.

* Experience in healthcare or medical science.

* Individual who is self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills

* Commitment to superior quality and professional service
* International Experience Required
