Description
Full time customer service representative needed for busy animal hospital in Lincoln Square. Candidate must not only be friendly and computer literate, but also have excellent phone, communication, and organizational skills. The prospective candidate would also be expected to eventually manage the front desk area and other customer service representatives, with the potential for increased hospital management responsibilities. Applicant must be able to multi-task and work in a stressful work environment. This job also entails scheduling appointments, filing, electronic record keeping, performing monetary transactions, creating employee schedule, and client service/interaction. Employees must also be able to sit for extended periods of time and lift 40 pounds. Animal hospital experience is preferred. Compensation depends on experience.
