Job Description 

JOB DETAILS

Healthcare client is immediately seeking an interim director to take over the reigns of the IS Physician Services team (6-10 reports). This person will report directly to the CIO and indirectly to the COO of the hospital. He or she will contract through Brooksource for 3-6 months until they are hired on as a full-time employee.  Candidate must be willing to relocate as necessary to Northern Indiana.

  

-Client is seeking essentially a senior level technical resource that understands physician workflow.

-Working knowledge of medical office practice, how practice management solution works.

-Fairly large environment with several hospital locations within the network.

  

  

EXPERIENCE

-7 to 10+ years in healthcare management preferred

-Bachelor’s degree in technology or health required

-Master’s degree preferred (MBA or technology-related)

-Working knowledge of Allscripts software and procedures

-EMR experience is a must (client utilizes GE Centricity)
