Sumner Regional Health Systems, Inc., a not-for-profit health system based in Gallatin, TN serving the healthcare needs for eleven counties in the northern middle Tennessee region. The system provides a wide spectrum of general and specialized healthcare services through its three rural hospitals: Riverview Regional Medical Center, Trousdale Medical Center and its flagship hospital, Sumner Regional Medical Center; Homecare & Hospice services are provided by Sumner Homecare and Hospice, LLC.
This position is responsible for planning and providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment to patients suffering from injuries, muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, restoration of function, pain management and to aid in the prevention of disability.
Must have a current Tennessee PT licensure, minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience and good communication skills.
