The company has won recognition as one of the fastest-growing teleservices agencies in the United States while maintaining its reputation as a quality-driven, client-focused outsourcing partner.

 

Americall Group, Inc.  has recently opened a 300-seat Call Center. We are currently seeking Call Center Representative (s)  to handle outbound sales calls for the customers whom we support. Daily responsibilities will include:

 

  • Answering telephones in a prompt, courteous fashion
  • Providing excellent customer service support
  • Providing customer resolutions and using critical thinking skills
  • Assisting with customer sales and transactions
  • Making outbound sales calls
  • Keying in / typing orders with basic computer experience

 

 


Job Requirements 



Americall Group, Inc. is open 7 days a week, and offers both day and evening, full time positions.
