Requirements

BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field is required.

Minimum 7 years experience/employment in media buying or at advertising agency (print, broadcast, direct mail and digital.

Minimum 5 years management experience.

Demonstrated advertising successes working with local clients to grow sales results and in brand management.

Strong computer skills with strong working knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated excellence in leadership ability, strong organizational skills, excellent written communication skills, math skills, and strong time management skills.

A strong understanding of client needs and the ability to create and offer concise and customer driven proposals.

Must work well with customers both in-house and externally to develop and build relationships that result in growth and opportunity for the media company and its products and people.
