Position: Business Development Manager

Principle responsibilities of this position are:

1.  To consistently improve results  measured in new customers, billed hours, fee revenue, total revenue, gross margin and net profit. 

2.  To meet customer requirements and expectations through the service team, resulting in superior service delivery to new and existing customers.

 

Responsibilities of this position:

New business sales activities of research, appointment setting, interest creation, needs agreement, presentation and follow-through with new prospects.

Territory management to include  knowledge of geography, major business districts, and temporary employee usage within the territory and sales zones.

Prepare and submit required sales and branch reports.

 

Compensation

This position offers a salary commensurate with experience and additional earnings through a monthly bonus plan and commission payments for new business development.  Estimated first year total compensation of $55,000.

Requirements

You must have a verifiable track record of sales success in professional business sales.
