Job Description 

Physical Therapy Assistant – In-House Program

 

Are you looking to work at a skilled nursing facility that doesn't have productivity standards? Would you like to work with up-to-date equipment?  Are you looking for a flexible schedule?

 

A local, privately owned Skilled Nursing Facility is looking for a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant.  The rehab department is an in-house program where you will not feel micro-managed.  This is an opportunity to work with other experienced Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants in a very friendly environment where the staff truly does get along.  They see a variety of patients, both sub-acute and long-term care, and they are not held to productivity standards.  The Director of Rehab is very flexible and has hired three aides to do all of the rehab transporting.  The administration is very supportive of the rehab department and ensures that the department has up-to-date equipment. 

 

The organization offers flexible schedules, a very competitive pay rate, and great benefits that include a large amount of paid time off.  This position is Monday through Friday only and does not require the therapist to work on holidays or weekends.

Physical Therapy Assistant

* Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Assistant License or Ability to Apply for a Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Assistant License

* Solid Work History

* Good Clinical Skills

* Personable, Team Player

* Experience is Preferred, But Will Consider a New Graduate with Quality Affiliations - Great Mentorship Program
