Insurance Sales/Customer Service Position - Nationwide Agent Team Member

Employees of Nationwide agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
Brief Description:
Resolve inbound customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining the highest levels of customer service standards for quality. Inquiries include: coverage questions, policy change requests, billing inquiries and payments, cancellation requests, request for insurance quotes. Reviewing customers accounts for up-sell and cross-sell prior to outbound calls.
Job Duties:
Good technical skills with ability to investigate with problem resolution.
Well developed people handling skills and ability to communicate information accurately.
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Proven ability to deal effectively with people and maintain positive attitude.
Good PC skills.
Working knowledge of automated systems related to billing, policy and agency automation.

Position may require irregular working hours. Compensation includes salary plus production based incentive plan.
