Human Resources Assistant

Our Bethesda, MD based client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant. The selected individual will:

  • Implement services, programs and policies
  • Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Have the ability to assist, counsel and train internal staff in matters
  • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the office
  • Be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

 

 

 

Requirements

This is a mid level position that requires:

  • A minimum of three to five years solid experience
  • Experience with job analysis, compensation and benefits
  • Effective utilization of time management and organizational techniques to communicate and manage changing priorities and work deadlines
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management and customers
  • Familiarity with personal computers and current office technology
  • Must have ADP HR/B to be considered
