Ashley Furniture HomeStores is the nation’s largest, highest volume and fastest growing furniture company. We need Sales Management Associates to join our winning team of a big-box, high volume store. You will be working in a fun, upbeat, beautiful, new concept store. Your first and foremost responsibility is to generate sales while providing exceptional customer service.
We are a very successful licensee with stores in Seattle, Washington, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and McAllen, Texas.
What you need for this position:
At least five years experience in a big box retail management with a track record in retail or commissioned sales. History of successfully managing a team of 20 or more Associates is required. A college background in business, marketing or related areas is preferable, but not mandatory. Must have professional appearance, excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
What you will be doing:
Manage Sales Team to obtain maximum store growth. Create a customer experience resulting in complete customer satisfaction. Assure that store achieves sales, financing & customer service guidelines. Create an inspirational, fun & productive culture that results in turnover of less than 50% annually.
What Ashley Furniture can do for you:
Base plus commission compensation, with estimated annual earnings to $70,000.00. Along with great potential for career growth and advancement, as a full-time employee you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits program, including 401(k).
