The Customer Care Professional will be responsible for answering incoming calls for one or more products or services.
The Customer Care Professional will be assisting customers with sensitive information pertaining to transactions, payments, and invoices.
Due to the sensitivity of the information, the Customer Care Professional will be expected to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all data that is transmitted with each call.
The Customer Care Professional will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to each and every caller as well as consistently achieving quality-scoring goals and service levels.
