The Visiting Nurse Association is seeking Registered Nurses for Full-time, M-F, Days and Evenings home health opportunities in NW & NE Denver. SIGN ON BONUS!!!

Schedules: M-F ; 8-5 or Evenings and one weekend per month.

Registered Nurses (exempt) perform direct patient care in a home health setting, including evaluation of needs and conduction of case and resource management, under the direction of a licensed physician. Assists with the supervision of LPNs and CNAs by directly observing care, evaluating documentation and interviewing patient. Reports information back to management through written or phone correspondence. Comprehensive training and support. Laptop computer provided for salaried staff.

Requirements

• Twelve months hospital-based nursing experience as an RN strongly preferred.
• Previous Med/Surg, ED, and Home Health experience preferred.
• Six months nursing experience in the last three years, or an acceptable refresher course.
• Graduation from an approved educational program for Nursing.
• Active Colorado RN license and current CPR certification required.
