Senior Sales & Solutions Manager
Position within LANWORTH located in Itasca, Illinois. Incumbent must reside in area and willing to travel to be successful within organization.
Senior Sales position will report to President of Lanworth and be charged with client development and revenue generation within products and solutions in the food, feed and fiber segments .
Position will include development of relationships with new clients in international and domestic markets as well as nurture relationships with existing client base.
Position will provide collaboration for production and delivery of products and services, client relationship management, new product development and collaboration with Senior Management.
Communicate and facilitate the service and product through completion internally with staff and resources at Lanworth.
Responsible for the development and enrichment of Solutions Staff as direct reports
Aggressive, energetic, collaborative and excellent communication skills a must
Must reside in the Chicago area
Requirements
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree Required. Bachelors Degree in Business or related field is required. Technical undergraduate. Background in agriculture or commodity trading is a plus. MBA degree or higher formal education is preferred
EXPERIENCE: 8 + Years Proven Sales Experience in opening and closing sales required. Knowledge or well developed relationships in segments a plus.
