Requirements for RN / Nurse Consultants:
- Active RN license, a minimum of five years experience in a Long Term Care management position.
- Working knowledge of the MDS, reimbursement systems and full understand of State and Federal Survey process.
- Operations experience.
- Technologically savvy (proven experience in technology including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and clinical implementation experience with technology, (i.e. Electronic Health Records, Point of care devices, etc.).
- Project Management/Coordination experience is a must (specific Culture Change experience a plus).
- Must have solid presentations skills to diverse audiences.
- Candidates must be customer and quality drive and have great communication skills (speaking, listening and written form).
- Flexibility to travel is a must.
